Conception and development

We conceive and develop analogue, digital and hybrid education and training formats. Our focus is always on the objective and the target group. On this basis, we decide on methods and formats in consultation with the client. This can mean small modules for a short workshop, a complex simulation game or a package with different interactive modules for a whole seminar. In most cases, we also implement the newly developed formats ourselves. Alternatively, we deliver the finished product for independent use - in combination with a handout and a multiplier training, if desired.
